292 worked with Coyotes Ice to renovate an existing restaurant space within the Ice Den arena building. The new restaurant, 18 Degrees, was intended to be the premier hockey/ice viewing venue and one that would cater to the surrounding neighborhood.
The restaurant’s name, a 292 suggestion, stems from the temperature at which ice is kept.
The most recent remodel at 18 Degrees was a complete renovation, including the expansion of the kitchen, bar, and dining areas. The outdoor patio was designed for hosting multiple activities in the same space with sit down dining, lounge areas, and backyard games; even a large woodfire pizza oven. A large glass garage door was installed to take advantage of the Scottsdale climate, and to connect the indoor seating with the outdoor patio. The interior of the restaurant features sit down dining tables, an anchoring, large, island bar and an all glass enclosed room for meetings and private dining. There are also direct views to the ice and the lobby of the Ice Den.
The restaurant was designed to accommodate various group sizes from an individual to an entire hockey team.
