Crooked Pint Ale House is a family, sports-oriented restaurant located within the Chaska Curling and Event Center. An island bar divides the restaurant into two spaces — one oriented to the curling activity inside and the other oriented to Firemen’s Park and Clayhole Lake outside. A primary feature of the ale house is a 100-foot glass wall through which patrons can watch curling practice, leagues or bonspiels. The dark-stained wood floor, bar and wainscot give the space a warm feel.
The restaurant kitchen also serves the adjacent 320-seat event center. Because it needs to provide catering services and meet the demands of the dining room, cooking lines were established, and a large keg room and extensive refrigeration and freezer space were provided.
